On Nov. 7th '09 an open source project called Survey was opened at http://survey.codeplex.com to restart the development of the former websurvey and forms engine NSurvey!

We stil make use of this great module and PA in a DNN 3.2.2. portal setup at http://www.dierenwetenschap.com. One of the project goals is to develop a PA module matching the lateste DNN 4 and 5 releases.

You can download the GNU licensed open source Nsurvey files from the Survey Codeplex pages. They are the last available historic versions as collected by  FWS. 

If you want to  improve on them or take part in the development of the new Survey webapplication and DNN module please join the project at http://www.surveyproject.info or visit http://survey.codeplex.com. This is where you can also download the new releases built upon the Nsurvey sourcecode.
